From July 8 to 10, 2024, JJMicroelectronics (JJM) made a notable impact at electronica China, where we showcased our outstanding products and technologies, garnering significant attention from attendees.

Founded in 1995, JJM has nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing a diverse range of  products, including MOSFETs, protection devices, and thyristors. The company is a leading player in the global thyristor market and has made significant advancements in high-power MOSFETs. As we approach our 30th anniversary next year, we look forward to embarking on new ventures. 

Automotive Electronics: Showcasing Our Strengths

At the exhibition, we showcased our comprehensive range of MOSFET products, emphasizing their applications in automotive electronics. Our products are widely used in automotive water pumps, oil pumps, domain controllers, and electric seat motors.

Expanding Our Product Lines

Since entering the automotive electronics sector in 2017 with protection devices and diodes, JJM has steadily expanded our offerings to include automotive-grade MOSFETs and IGBTs. We plan to further extend our product portfolio to encompass power modules and third-generation semiconductor devices. This year, we introduced new 650V and 1200V IGBTs and 1200V SiC MOSFETs, demonstrating showcasing our comprehensive capabilities in design, R&D, production, and testing.

Strategic Focus on New Energy and AI

JJM remains committed to exploring market opportunities in the new energy sector. Beyond electric vehicles, we are targeting energy storage, photovoltaic inverters, and AI server power supplies. By enhancing the performance of power semiconductors, we aim to  reduce energy consumption, improve conversion efficiency, and contribute to the advancement  of green energy and sustainability.

Global Strategy: Expanding into International Markets

At the exhibition, we engaged with numerous domestic and international clients. JJM is actively preparing to enter the global market by establishing marketing centers overseas and expanding our business to ASEAN, Europe, and the Americas. We believe that sustained progress in the global market is essential for the growth of China’s semiconductor industry.
