Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (JJM) (SHE: 300623), in collaboration with Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Geener), headquartered in Zhejiang, China, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Geely Technology Building.

The two parties will further enhance their strategic collaboration on industrial control IGBT and broaden their partnership in automotive electronics. The agreement was signed by Mr. Zhu Shanzheng, General Manager of Yizhong Technology, and Zhang Chao, Deputy General Manager of Diode at JJM, in the presence of Mr. Pan Yunbin, CEO of Geener, Mr. Huang Jian (Jason), CEO of JJM, Mr. Li Han Bei, Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Geener, and Professor Chen Hong, General Manager of IGBT at JJM.

JJM and Geener have fostered a robust and close collaboration in the realm of power electronic devices and discrete devices, amassing substantial expertise in product development. This agreement marks a significant step towards reinforcing the strategic alliance between the two entities. They will delve into extensive cooperation encompassing joint research, technological innovation, production and manufacturing, supply chain synchronization, talent cultivation, and the establishment of a collaborative laboratory. Together, they aim to forge an industrial alliance focused on industrial control-grade and automotive-grade semiconductors, expediting the deployment and adoption of innovative products and solutions.

Collectively, they will address the needs of customers across various sectors, including new energy vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles, photovoltaics, energy storage, and industrial control.
