Leakage protection
Leakage protection chip is a low-power controller and is used for leakage switch or leakage circuit breaker to detect the dangerous grounding condition and disconnect the line before a harmful electric shock occurs. It contains a diode rectifier, parallel regulator, precision low-VOS offset detection amplifier, delay noise filter, window detection comparator, and SCR driver. By adding a few external components, the hot wire grounding fault can be detected and prevented. Minimum components and packaging guarantee small-sized and low-cost solutions.
