The SCRs (TO-220, TO-3P, TO-220F, ITO-247, and TO-92) manufactured by Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co., Ltd. have been certified under the UL1557 standard; the SCRs (TG-C) and modules (T1&T2) manufactured by JieJie Semiconductor Co., Ltd. have been certified as per the UL1557 standard; protection devices (SMA/B/C, R6 and DO-15/27/41) and GDT have been certified under the UL497B standard; varistors and SPDs (SMD-3225/4032, AKS, SMBF, SMC, SMTO-218Tab, and SMT-4) have been certified as per the UL1449 standard.
