LETTER OF COMMITMENT TO CORPORATE
INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE
To build a market environment of honest operation and fair competition,while the company
is committed to development and production,it will firmly establish the concept of giving
priority to the environment,put people first,consciously assume social morality and
responsibility,and abide by relevant international and national laws and regulations on
product quality,environment,health and safety,labor freedom,and business ethics.The
company solemnly promises that:
1.It shall strictly abide by laws and regulations such as the "Product Quality Law",the
"Standardization Law",and the "Metrology Law",and strictly implement product standards.
The company shall not make or sell fake products and shall put an end to false
propaganda,resolutely resist illegal acts such as counterfeiting and cheating consumers,
and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other enterprises.
2.It shall strictly implement the environmental,health,and safety impact assessment and
the "three simultaneities"system,strictly abide by the requirements of national or local
laws and regulations related to environmental protection,health,and safety,consciously
eliminate outdated production capacity,improve process technology,reduce pollutant
discharge,and strictly abide by the sewage discharge permit rules.
3.It shall strictly follow the requirements of the RBA social responsibility system and
relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and strictly abide by the
laws and regulations of all applicable countries,the minimum requirements of the industry,
the relevant mandatory provisions of the International Labor Organization and the United
Nations conventions,and other higher requirements.
4.It shall not employ any child labor or engage in any form of discrimination in matters
related to employment,salary,training opportunity,promotion,withdrawal,retirement,etc.
The company shall prohibit forced labor and disciplinary measures,respect employees'
right to freely form or join trade unions and collective bargaining,pay labor remuneration
on time at least according to the statutory minimum requirements,without deducting
employees'wages,and pay for overtime work according to the statutory requirements.The
company shall ensure the employee's right to rest and guarantee at least one day's rest
time when the employee has worked for six consecutive days according to local laws and
industry standards.Any overtime work must be voluntary.Moreover,the company shall
ensure workplace hygiene and safety and provide necessary training to ensure the well-
being of every employee.
5.All employees,especially senior staff and the general manager,are required to maintain
the highest level of integrity and honesty in company affairs at all times and strictly abide
by the code of business conduct and professional ethics without infringing upon the
legitimate rights and interests of any relevant parties.
6.It shall establish and implement relevant management systems according to the
requirements of quality,environment,occupational health and safety,and the RBA social
responsibility management system.
