Shunt Voltage References
The Shunt Voltage References from JJM offers wide input voltage range, high output voltage accuracy, low temperature drift in VREF. They are good for current sourcing and sinking. Assembled in the highly thermal efficient low-profile packages, these devices can set the output voltage to anywhere between VREF and 36V with only two external resistors. As such, they can be used to provide highly stable voltage & current references in many end-systems. The sharp turn-ON characteristics of the active output circuitry built-in makes these devices excellent replacement for Zener diodes, and good for sub-systems like on-board regulation, switch-mode power supplies, non-linear power supplies, voltage monitoring, LED driving, and many others.
