Thyristor zero crossing detection drive

This product is a thyristor drive control chip with built-in zero crossing detection function. Built-in circuits such as overtemperature protection and overvoltage clamping protection. The chip adopts a negative power supply and has high detection sensitivity. It starts from the zero point of the input voltage until the chip output signal triggers the operation of the thyristor, with almost no delay. The chip can be used in conjunction with MCU and thyristor, so that the large trigger thyristor can be better driven without external amplifying circuits.
